1. About the service

Virale (the “Service”, the website viral.insyx.online) is an online tool that uses AI to generate ideas, scripts, post texts, carousels and short videos for social networks. The Service is operated by ФОП Афанасьєв Андрій Володимирович (tax ID 2942411356, запис в ЄДР № 2 065 000 0000 064661 від 19.06.2020), address: 02099, Україна, м. Київ, вул. Вереснева, 15/60, кв. 12 (“we”).

2. Account

An account (sign-in by a link or code sent to your e-mail) is needed to generate videos and buy tokens. You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox secure. Ideas, scripts, texts and carousels are available without registration.

3. Tokens

Video rendering is charged in internal units called “tokens”. Tokens are credited under a subscription plan (monthly) or as a one-time pack. Tokens are access to a computing service, not a currency or a security; they cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except for the refunds described in the Refund Policy. Unused tokens do not expire when a subscription is cancelled, but they are not renewed beyond the purchased amount.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros. The operator is not a VAT payer, so VAT is not included in the price and is not charged separately. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your account or by writing to support, and charges stop from the next period.

5. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the Service to create content that:

• breaks the law, the rights of third parties or the rules of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
• contains disinformation, impersonates another person or brand, or misleads;
• exploits minors, or contains hatred, harassment or threats.

We may restrict or close access in case of a breach of these terms or abuse (including automated mass generation beyond reasonable use).

6. Rights to the result

You may use the generated materials in your own projects, including commercial ones. The original stock photos and videos belong to their authors and are provided under the licenses of the respective stock libraries. We do not guarantee the uniqueness of stock footage.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. AI can make mistakes; check the facts and suitability of the content before publishing. We are not responsible for reach, sales or platform decisions about your content, nor for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by e-mail. The governing law is the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in the court at the operator's place of registration (Kyiv). This does not limit the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
