Refund Policy

One-time token packs

If you have not started spending the tokens from a purchased pack, we will refund the full price on request within 14 days of purchase.

If part of the tokens has already been spent, we refund the price of the unspent remainder proportionally (spent tokens are a computing service already provided and are not refundable).

Subscription

The first payment for a new subscription can be refunded within 14 days if no more than 10% of the included tokens were spent in that time. In other cases a subscription is not refunded for a paid period that has already started: just cancel the renewal and there will be no more charges.

Technical failure

If tokens were charged but the video was not generated because of an error on our side, we will return those tokens to your balance. Write to us with a link or a description.

How to request a refund

Write to support@insyx.online from your account e-mail with the purchase date. We reply within 3 business days; an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 days (the time depends on your bank).

On a refund or chargeback, the corresponding tokens are automatically deducted from the account balance.
