Privacy Policy

What data we process

• E-mail — to sign you in and to contact you.
• Generation data — niche, format, the texts and edits you enter, links to accounts if you provide them, and the generated results.
• Uploaded files — background clips and avatar photos that you uploaded to your account yourself.
• Payments — processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach us; we see the fact and amount of the payment, the country and the last 4 digits of the card.
• Messages in the project's Instagram direct inbox and Telegram bot — if you write to us in direct messages or to the bot, an AI assistant (a language model) replies to your messages: we process the text of the conversation, your username and profile name, and, for the free audit, the public data of the account you name. When needed, the conversation is passed to a live assistant of the project. You can ask us to delete the conversation.
• Technical data — request and error logs needed to keep the service running.

Why

To provide the service itself, credit and deduct tokens, process payments and refunds, answer your requests, prevent abuse and meet legal requirements (including tax).

Who we share it with

Only processors needed to run the service: payments — Stripe; text generation — the language model provider; voice and photo animation — the respective contractors; hosting and file storage — cloud providers; messaging in the Instagram direct inbox — the SendPulse service; in Telegram — Telegram itself. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for other people's advertising.

Storage

We keep account data and the history of operations while the account exists and as long as accounting law requires. You can delete uploaded background clips and photos yourself in your account. On request to support@insyx.online we will delete your account and related data, except what we are required to keep.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority: in Ukraine this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in the EU the authority of your country of residence. Cookies

We use only technical cookies and local storage: the sign-in session, your language choice and a draft of your current work in the browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
